Carr Valley Applewood Cheddar
An American original with a slightly smoky flavor. The exterior of the wheel is sprinkled with a sweet paprika. Great table cheese!
Marieka Foenegreek Gouda
From Thorp, WI. This is a raw milk gouda that is creamy and nutty. The bitter foenegreek seeds add a maple flavor. The recipe originates in Holland from an old Dutch recipe and all herbs and spices are imported from Holland. It is aged on wooden planks for a minimum of 60 days. It won the “Best of Class” in 2007.
Shaft
This is a cow’s milk bleu cheese that originates in WI and is then shipped to CA. when in CA it is aged in a restored gold mine near the Sierra Nevada Mountains for one year. this is a savory, powerful, well-aged bleu.
President Brie 60%
a cow’s milk very creamy brie with a soft paste interior. wonderful with a fruity or light wine.
