Primarily focused on wines crafted by dynamic winemakers who respect their tradition and history with minimal intervention, use of natural yeast, limited sulfur. 

This is a fun treat for anyone whether you are familiar with wine or not. 
The best way to learn is through tasting; and what could be better than to taste a wine that would not normally be available in small portion?!
